It was my first detail ever and couldn't have been happier with the results. Worked with my schedule for leaving it overnight and pick-up and drop-off went very smooth. Their Groupon deal brought me to their door but the quality of their work is what will bring me back. My truck looked brand new.

I have gone to Strictly By Hand a number of times and they are always polite (no shaming on the amount of dog fur in my dog-mobile!), efficient, and well worth the cost! I'm always pleased with how clean my car is afterwards and I highly recommend them if you are looking for great customer service, professionalism, and a job well done!

We have a 2011 Traverse that Randy at Strictly By Hand has been detailing for many years now. It still shines like new and he has always done a great job. He is very receptive to any special requests we might have in order to get the job done just how we like it. Take your car here, no reason to go anywhere else.

Have Used Strictly by Hand for my vehicles for several years know. Always a good experience, vehicles are very well cleaned and detailed. This time I tried a couple of new products they offer. The System X Ceramic Coating was applied to all the windows, and it came out fantastically - and the best thing is, in the week since I've had it done, there's been no ice or frost sticking to the windshield (I park outside). Wonderful. I also had the headlight restoration option, which also came out extremely well on my 13-year-old vehicle! I highly recommend these guys for their great work and great products.
